Morton’s offers a special three-course dinner for two for $99.99. The romantic dinner includes a first course of a either a Caesar or Morton's salad, a second course of either two single-cut filet mignons or a double-cut filet, prime ribeye or single-cut prime New York strip steak (for an additional $8); a choice of two of the following: broiled sea scallops, colossal shrimp Alexander, jumbo lump crab cake or chicken Christopher, as well as one signature Morton's potato and one fresh vegetable big enough for two to share. The meal is finished with a third course of Morton's Legendary hot chocolate cake, Key Lime pie or Crème Brulee. For those who can't make it to Morton's for Feb. 14, this special menu will be available after Valentine's Day as well.
Couples can pair their dinner with a bottle of 2007 Estancia Pinot Noir, Monterey or 2008 Franciscan Sauvignon Blanc, Napa for an additional $39 or choose a new cocktail -- The Morton's Valentine's Crush (shown above).
To help couples celebrate, Morton's will open earlier on Saturday and Sunday. The hours will be 4-11 p.m. on Saturday and 3-10 p.m. on Sunday.

In five intimate dining rooms that seem tailor-made for romantic candle-lit dinners, the newly renovated Inn will celebrate Valentine’s Day on Sunday, Feb. 14 with a special five-course menu comprising guest's choice of Nova Scotia lobster, Madia pink snapper, foie gras, crab, caviar and other delicacies long associated with passion and romance.
