Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey will present Barnum’s FUNundrum -- featuring 130 performers from six continents and almost 100,000 pounds of performing pachyderms, cowboys, pirates and mermaids -- March 10-14 at the IZOD Center in East Rutherford.
Step right up and see the Flying Caceres attempt to complete a quadruple somersault on the flying trapeze; a feat that hasn’t been mastered in more than three decades. Watch the Puyang troupe from China display dexterity as they bounce, flip and twirl to new heights on a two-tiered trampoline. Witness the contortions of the body benders who fit three humans in a cube the size of a milk crate. And enjoy watching Mighty Meetal, the strongest man in the world, as he lifts more than 1,200 pounds.
Ringling Bros. will also welcome its new addition, Baby Barack, a rare baby elephant, who will travel along with his performing mother, Bonnie, in Barnum’s FUNundrum.
And one hour before show time, families can meet the performers, get autographs, and see an elephant that paints at the All Access Pre-show – free with a purchased ticket.
Tickets are $154.50 (Circus Celebrity), $74.50 (VIP), $54.50, $34.50, $24.50 and $15. All seats are reserved, and tickets are available at the arena box offices and by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000. Facility fee and taxes may apply.
